Compositional Simplicity
Located on the heights of Tarso Dutra Avenue in Porto Alegre, the project seeks to anticipate the sensations of future residents by articulating the architectural elements of the residential tower project — such as the "floating" skydeck roof — and the social areas, which explore the leisure and socializing patio.

The final language adopted is contemporary, with a certain economy of lines and ornaments and a predominance of horizontality; lending the Sales Office a great volumetric strength and visual impact.
The materials adopted recover an urban and cosmopolitan attitude, designed to evolve throughout the day under natural and artificial lights. Continuously creating new perspectives and focal points.
As a result, the impact from the street, the convenience of the reception areas, and the subtle sophistication that permeates the project have contributed to converting the visitor's sensations into effective interest in the development, leading to sales within the company's objectives even in an adverse market period.
