Translating the Kopenhagen Tradition to the Outlet Experience
The new Concept Design for Kopenhagen Outlet was a project developed with high intensity, with great synergy between the Kop and R4DESIGN teams.
The challenge: to create a magnetic, attractive, stimulating, and promotional store. Conceived from a deep understanding of the consumption dynamics and customer journeys in Outlet Shopping Centers, but without giving up the attributes of quality and sophistication that so well define Kopenhagen products and experiences.

The answer: a complete and unprecedented Concept Design for Architecture, Visual Merchandising, and Visual Communication. In which the mix was tactically distributed in display patterns with a focus that is sometimes promotional (floor, store axis, windows, and entrances), and sometimes curatorial (wall displays and highlights).
The ice cream parlor and coffee shop, positioned at the front and back of the store, respectively, ensure vitality for the operation and immediate reward for the client. Colors, shapes, and materials confirm the brand's signs and classics, creating an atmosphere that transitions between the playful and the casual.
The result: a new experience that brings the Kopenhagen brand tradition to the Outlet universe, with expressive sales results since the beginning of the operation. In the words of CRM Group Head of Expansion, Rafael Puerta:
