R4DESIGN has been partnering with the Engineering Department of Lojas Renner in the implementation of the Youcom brand since the beginning of its operation in 2013, participating in the process of standardizing the first units up to the Turnkey format implementation.

Currently, there are over 30 projects completed, with an operation aligned with the brand's high-speed expansion. To achieve this, we use BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology and the know-how acquired in construction management to anticipate sensitive technical issues and react preventively, generating effectively precise projects with high cost-efficiency and ease of implementation.
