During the real estate boom, we worked alongside major construction companies to create POS (Point of Sale) dedicated to offering decisive consumer experiences. In the case of Rossi Central Parque, the challenge was to perform a retrofit of the existing building and allow the identity of the new development to be perceived in a memorable and unequivocal way.

The solution uses the creation of a tunnel to make the transition between the exterior and the sales office environment. There, the control of sober tones and materials, the choice of comfortable furniture, the use of defined focal points and ample spaces that allow for the visualization of images and the scale model, all facilitate interaction with the content and direct attention, increasing recall capacity and simplifying the sales process.
