The Office as an Experience
The Worklab concept was born to materialize an immersive experience, focused on the relationship, innovation, and co-creation of the Cavaletti brand with the corporate market. In it, the brand aims to tangibilize its philosophy on contemporary ways of working and producing in three dimensions, presenting it in a cohesive, engaging, and inspiring narrative.

More than envisioning the "office of the future," Worklab aims to create a true laboratory where clients and specifiers are invited to experience products, services, and content created from the perspective of user well-being.
The final synthesis is the materialization of a proprietary and unprecedented philosophy in Brazil. Based on the concepts of wellness and wellbeing, it synthesizes work behaviors into 5 different mental modes: Focus, Interaction, Co-Creation, Socializing (or Convívio), and Disruption. These modes, when crossed with the activities commonly performed in offices, give rise to 10 spatial arrangements, presented in a curatorial and structured itinerary.
The resulting architecture stands out for a pure, uncluttered, and welcoming language – just like the Cavaletti Brand's attitude. There is an open ceiling, integration with landscaping, and a flexible layout. The finishing palette – wood, concrete, and lightly warmed tones – reflects values like simplicity, proximity, and respect, using them in the purest form possible, and allowing the products to be the main elements of the composition.
As a result, by articulating its entire offering in the form of effective functional environments, clients have naturally come to comprehend – much more effectively – the potential of the Cavaletti portfolio, thus seeing new possibilities for use and specification. More than that, the immediate feedback upon the opening of Worklab confirms a highly positive change in the brand's global perception of value, indicated by the entry of the products into projects where they were not previously considered by specifiers and clients.
