A New Landmark of Innovation and Experience in Faria Lima.

In the financial heart of Brazil, the new XP Faria Lima Flagship emerges as an innovative space that combines experience, technology, and relationship, reflecting the disruptive essence of XP Investimentos.

More than a new environment, the Flagship represents an architectural and conceptual challenge: a complete retrofit of the original building, transforming it into a hybrid and pulsating space, amplifying the brand's connection with its audience.

To tangibilize this disruption, the space features the first suspended curved glass studio in Latin America, an architectural landmark that symbolizes the generation of quality content to democratize knowledge about investments in Brazil. Named the "capsule," the studio is complemented by an open arena, designed to host lectures and talks, reinforcing the space's vocation as a center for exchange and learning.

Furthermore, the XP Flagship values one of the brand's fundamental pillars: relationship. From the presence of a café with a Dengo Chocolates signature, through meeting rooms with modular capacity, to an exclusive rooftop for events, the space was designed to create multiple connection opportunities with clients and partners.

Externally, the innovation extends to the façades, which present a unique visual spectacle: the largest high-resolution LED glass ever installed in the country, combined with a kinetic sculpture that envelops the capsule. Signed by the visual artist Muti Randolph and Unobvious, this visual composition reinforces XP's striking presence in the city.

The new space established the XP brand's presence in the financial heart of Brazil, expanding relationship opportunities and immersion in the brand's universe. The project was also recognized by the RDI – Retail Design Institute as the Store of the Year 2024, in addition to winning first place in the Financial Services category.
