Scope: Concept Design, Architectural Project
A Beacon of Investments.
In the dynamic context of the Brazilian economy, the challenge arises to translate the digital presence to the physical world of one of the most relevant brands in the entire financial market, establishing an immersive connection with its clients—and reinforcing its presence and positioning as a market leader.
Furthermore, there was a need to create an environment that reflected the values of the XP brand — one of the ten most valuable brands in the country — such as innovation, excellence, and total dedication to client relationship. The conceptual solution for Espaço XP Brasília, the first unit with the new concept, seeks to translate this convergence between the digital sphere and the physical world.

Developed in collaboration with the Marketing, Facilities, and Commercial departments of XP, the project's parti places relationship and knowledge as central elements: clients are greeted by a large opening, which invites gathering in a true multi-purpose square — a central space that operates as a reception, event space, and auditorium as needed, and reflects XP's desire to democratize access to the world of investments.
In it, the XP brand presence is carefully integrated into the architecture, combined with prominent digital elements, such as a large screen next to the square and a custom artistic installation, created by the artist Muti Randolph. This fusion of art and technology provides a unique experience, which reinforces the dynamism and spirit of innovation of the XP brand.
The areas dedicated to business, which are more private, are designed with attention to AAA ergonomic and acoustic details, ensuring the comfort and quality necessary for corporate meetings. Additionally, support facilities for employees and restricted technical spaces were included, with strict security protocols for the handling of sensitive information.
Visually, the façade and internal volumes constantly incorporate the metaphor of the lighthouse (farol), the XP brand symbol, using contrasts of light and shadow to create a striking identity in its surroundings. The intense use of the color black, in contrast with elements of light, reinforces XP's distinctive presence in the environment, reaffirming its role as a guide and reference in the world of investments.
