Integrated Solution for a Double Challenge
Real estate sales showrooms are an ephemeral challenge for a high-complexity sale. At ATMOSFERA CYRELA GOLDSZTEIN, this challenge was double. It was necessary to create a journey capable of serving two public profiles: for the Atmosfera Sky development, with large family apartments ranging from 137 to 316m²; and Air, with more compact and cosmopolitan units, with 43 to 64m².

Thus, in the architecture, we faced the challenge of reconciling the technical, legal, budgetary, and constructive requirements of an ephemeral installation, combining its brevity with power.
In Retail, the challenge was to conceive a journey of enchantment, discovery, rationalization, and confirmation. The result is a development with 95% of sales concluded, and which is already taking shape in the city's landscape.
